Cooking Instructions:
Wash 1 LB Chicken/ Mixed Vegetables. Add 300 ml of hot water to the ready to cook masala mix and make a paste. Heat 100ml-125ml of cooking oil in a pan, add the paste and cook until the oil separates from the masala. Add the Chicken or Vegetables to the masala mix and saute until the masala mixes well. Add 600-700ml or required amount of water and cook it. Finally, add 300ml of coconut paste or 300ml of coconut milk and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, curry leaves and serve it.
